Leading through Resources and Programs
NCLL's objective is to provide support for emerging and established Latino leaders and organizations through
leadership training, technical assistance and resources. NCLL links individuals
and organizations to a comprehensive clearinghouse
of leadership resources, research, programs and events.

provides leadership workshops and trainings
inspired by the most current leadership research and led by experienced

opportunities, organizational news, and tools for emerging as well as
established Latino/a leaders. The site offers a variety of leadership
development curricula, programs and professional development guides. NCLL
announces the most recent and relevant Latino and leadership conferences and events.
