NCLL Leadership Research Summary
NCLL is a premier think tank on leadership in the Latino community. NCLL’s groundbreaking research projects are defining Latino leadership from a cultural, community-based perspective. NCLL is producing publications and data useful for researchers, leaders and the Latino public interested in developing effective leadership programs, studying innovative applied leadership research and practice, and enhancing their own leadership knowledge and skills. Among them are a national survey on the views of the Latino public on leadership; focus groups with local Latino/a leaders across various sectors of society; structured interviews with nationally recognized Latino/a leaders. Besides its data and publication series, NCLL also offers an online Leadership Library that includes an annotated listing of leadership books and articles, leadership theories and expert opinions, as well as a leadership dictionary and relevant Latino statistics.
