Learning through Collaboration & Networking
NCLL's objective is to promote the effective practices of Latino leaders through networking and collaboration. NCLL promotes dialogue and learning on leadership through collaborative forums and a dynamic network of leaders and leadership programs. NCLL focuses its activities to meet the demand for powerful innovations in leadership development, joint leadership program initiatives, and strategic information-sharing.

» NCLL maintains a network of diverse leaders who are fostering systemic change in their communities. NCLL also publishes a continually updated print and online leadership directory of more than 300 leadership organizations and programs serving the Latino community nationwide.

» NCLL is creating an online initiative to promote dialogue on and awareness of Latino leadership. Public discussion groups will be hosted by Latino/a leaders from a variety of backgrounds and professional experiences. Select audio files from NCLL’s leadership interviews are also available for download.

» NCLL coordinates, supports and participates in strategic convenings and summits which bring together Latino leaders committed to the development of diverse Latino communities, and which are informed by current Latino leadership research.
